The summer uniform is worn for all of Term 1 and Term 4. Winter uniform is worn in Terms 2 and 3.

The school sun hat is required for all of Term 1 and all of Term 4 – students without a hat will be asked to sit on the bench outside Rooms 3&4 as a safeguard against the hot New Zealand sun.

All of the school uniform items are available for purchase from the school office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays or by emailing the school’s office: office@st-benedicts.school.nz

New uniform items are also available to purchase along side second-hand uniforms at the uniform sales held towards the end of Term 1 and Term 3 each year. Dates and times are confirmed in the School newsletter closer to the date.

Costings for all uniform items can be requested from the school’s office.

All Summer Uniform is to be worn with the school summer navy ankle sock with maroon trim, and black shoes (lace up or Velcro – no boots or white/coloured trims, soles or labelling) or black sandals.

Years 1-6 Winter Uniform (Terms 2 and 3)

Blue shorts with maroon polo shirt

Winter tunic with white shirt

All Years 1-6 Winter Uniform is to be worn with the knee-high school navy sock with maroon trim or blue tights and black shoes (lace up or velcro – no boots or white/coloured trims, soles or labelling) or black sandals.

Exception of trousers which can be worn with either summer or winter sock.

Years 7&8 Summer Uniform (Terms 1 and 4)

Blue skort with white short sleeved shirt

Blue shorts with sky blue short sleeved shirt

Second-Hand Uniform Shop

The second-hand uniform shop is run by volunteers from the Help our Kids Team (HoK) and/or the School Community, and stocks a complete range of items in good condition at half price.

We sell second-hand clothes on behalf of parents and the school receives 50% commission for each item sold.  Alternatively, families may wish to donate all proceeds of sales to the school.

New uniform items are also available to purchase along side second-hand uniforms at the uniform sales. The second-hand uniform sales are usually run at the beginning of the Summer or Winter Season.  Dates and times are confirmed in the School newsletter closer to the date.

If you have second hand uniforms to sell, please complete a second hand uniform form and place it in a bag with your items and leave at the school office.
