Location

Located in central Khandallah, our school is easily accessible by public transport and offers an easy drop-off experience for parents commuting into the city.

Children attend St Benedict’s from a wide range of areas including Khandallah, Ngaio, Broadmeadows, Johnsonville, Newlands, Woodridge and further afield from Porirua and the Hutt Valley. This reflects the trust families place in our inclusive, values-based education and the strong relationships we build with parents.

We are fortunate to have Nairnville Park just a short walk from the school and we make the most of this wonderful local space. It is the venue for much-loved events like our athletics days, colour fun run and cross country, which bring the whole school community together in a spirit of fun and encouragement. 

Our school sports teams also use the park’s indoor facilities for after-school activities such as miniball. These opportunities help our tamariki stay active, build confidence and enjoy being part of something bigger.
